Who we are

Solarity AI LLC, Dallas, Texas, United States, runs solarityai.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers this website and the ways you reach us from it. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store and Google Play listing, and each SaaS product has its own on its site.

What we receive

  • When you apply for a role: your name, email address, the role and work arrangement you choose, and any LinkedIn profile, portfolio link, or note you add.
  • When you email us: your email address and what you write.
  • When you book a conversation or fill in a form: the details you enter on Google Calendar’s booking page or in a Google Form, such as your name, email address, and answers.
  • When you visit: this website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles the technical details every web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use what you send only for the reason you sent it: to consider your application, to reply to you, to hold the conversation you booked, or to run the program or form you joined. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

  • FormSubmit forwards careers applications to our inbox. FormSubmit’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) applies to that step. Its verification step is Google reCAPTCHA, which sees your IP address and browser details.
  • Google runs the booking page and forms, and the reCAPTCHA check before an application is sent, under its own terms.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its page counts.
  • Our email provider stores the messages you send us.

We share personal information with anyone else only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and messages only as long as we need them for the reason you sent them, for example while a role is open, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, such as objecting to how we use your information or complaining to a data protection authority; we honor them.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
